The visiting Sharks, featuring three Division I transfers, gave Miami all it could handle for over 30 minutes. However, UM regrouped and took control of the game down the stretch, en route to a 85-63 victory.

Led by the fantastic play of junior Tara Schwitter, Miami (9-6-3, 4-4-2 ACC) rose to the challenge, outplaying the top-ranked Seminoles (15-2, 8-2) en route to a 1-0 victory, with the lone goal coming in the 89th minute.

The No. 9 ranked team in America came into Cobb Stadium and outplayed the Hurricanes for most of the 90 minutes. Caroline Miller scored two goals for UVA in a 3-0 victory, moving the Cavs to 11-3-1 (4-2-1 ACC) on the season.

Let me be honest and start with this: I’m a Green Bay Packers fan. In fact, I’m a diehard fan in the true sense of the word. That loss to the Giants last year still eats me alive. I think about it much more than I should, even to this day.
