On Saturday, Dec. 5, students from the University of Miami participated in a protest organized by members of Dr. Richard Weiskoff’s “Labor and Exploitation” class. Protesting at the Publix nearby campus on 1401 Monza Avenue in Coral Gables, students tried raising awareness of what they considered unfair prices paid to tomato farmers from Immokalee, Florida.
