School of Nursing receives private grant for Acute Care Program

The University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Services received a grant of $30,000 from the Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation to support scholarships for students in a new Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) MSN program for the 2007-2008 academic year.

The John T. Macdonald Foundation is a private grant-making foundation that supports programs designed to improve, preserve or restore the health care of Miami-Dade County residents.
