The University of Miami junior charged with committing sexual battery and burglary in Pearson Residential College, was released in to the custody of his parents on March 6.
Michael Anthony Anderson, who pled not guilty on Jan. 29 and had been in custody since his arrest on Jan. 24, was turned over to his parents, Mark and Debbie.
On March 2, the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts web site noted a change of address to Old Hickory, Tenn.
