Dr. Otavio Bueno will lead a philosophy colloquium entitled “How to Be a Fictionalist About Mathematics” from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Eaton Residential College, Room 148.

The Cavani String Quartet will be hosting a master class from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall. Admission is free.

Clean will be screened at the Cosford Cinema at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free with a ‘Cane Card.

SATURDAY (Oct 14)
49 Up will be screened at the Cosford Cinema at 5:30 p.m. Admission is free with ‘Cane Card.

The Friendship Club of Chinese at UM will host a Mid-Autumn Festival featuring food, games and musical performances from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Flamingo Ballrooms.

SUNDAY (Oct 15)
Lambda Theta Alpha will host the Multiple Myeloma Walk from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration will take place at the UC Rock at 9 a.m.

The Frost Chorale will perform The Holocaust Cantata: Songs from the Camps from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Maurice Gusman Concert Hall. Tickets are $10 for students and $20 general admission.

MONDAY (Oct 16)
The 11th annual Taffy Gould Lecture by Dr. Uzi Arad on “The Aftermath of Lebanon” will be held from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. in Room 105 of the Merrick Building. Free admission. RSVP to ccjs@miami.edu.
