Since Brokeback Mountain has surpassed its original expectation of a low-budget film, Randy Quaid, who plays a sheep rancher, claims that he was misled by the producers. After agreeing to waive his usual seven-figure fee and share of gross profits, Quaid is filing a lawsuit for $10 million to get back his lost damages.
