Ibis yearbook will be taking senior and underclass portraits for the 2005-2006 yearbook. Seniors must make an appointment online at mcgrathstudios.com (password: Ibis) and bring $25 cash or check to their sitting. Underclassmen may show up anytime to have their photo taken between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

SATURDAY

Tailgate at the Rat. Watch UM battle Virginia Tech at the Hokies’ home.

The Indian Students Association presents the Diwali Show including Indian cultural dances, skits and other acts. The event will take place at the North Miami Beach Performing Arts Center from 7 to 10 p.m.

SUNDAY

Due to Hurricane Wilma, the Marvin Hamlisch performance for Festival Miami has been rescheduled for 8 p.m. at the Gusman Concert hall. The concert is part of the Festival of Miami. Admission is free for all.

MONDAY

Registration for spring 2006 term begins today according to your appointment time as listed on MyUM. In order to register for classes, your advisor must sign your Course Request Form.

Learn how to break into the sports industry and what it takes to succeed. The event will provide an opportunity to network with professionals in sports broadcasting, athletic training, college athletics and sports marketing at the Toppel Career Center Room Library from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Senate applications for vacant seats are due Nov. 7 by 5 p.m. in the SG office UC 214.
